How partnering works

  1. Tell us what you rent out. One call to go through your gear, your day rates and your deposits.
  2. We send you checked requests. Each one shows who's asking and what they want. You accept or decline.
  3. The renter pays the deposit to Vouch. Before they collect anything.
  4. Hand over with the checklist. When the rental completes, Vouch pays you the rental fee minus commission.

You stay in charge

  • Your prices and your deposits. Set per item, changed whenever you like.
  • Your choice of renter. Every request is yours to accept or decline.
  • Pickup, delivery or both. You set the delivery fee. Vouch doesn't run logistics.
  • Only the gear you choose. List one lens or your whole store.

What does it cost?

A percentage of each rental, taken only when the rental completes. No commission on your first rental while we start up.

When do I get paid?

Who pays if gear is damaged?

The renter, from their deposit. The handover and return checklists decide it: a claim needs the photos and a repair quote. You have 24 hours after return to raise one.

How are renters verified?

Government ID and a selfie, checked before their first booking and again in person at handover. Renters earn access to more valuable gear through clean rentals or a reference from an owner.

Do I have to list everything I own?

No. You choose which items go on Vouch, and you can take any of them off.
